Kiki Lane is a beautiful hidden spot in the Emerald Forest inhabited by the fairy Kiki and all the friends she meets as she transforms the village from empty to thriving. At the centre of this growing village is the Great Tree Library which plays a central role in bringing all the forest inhabitants together with their love of books and learning about their interests.

The story begins with a desolate area of the forest and Kiki, left all alone to look after the Great Tree Library. However, as she struggles to handle its great size, and her feelings of loneliness increase, she sets out on a mission to find people to help and friends to share life with.
