Another early resident of Kiki Lane was the lovely Mishka. He was found by the fairy Kiki sitting under a tree, hungry and alone. Kiki half carried him to a house nearby where Ruby and Kemuri were. Ruby served him afternoon tea as it was the quickest option and there should be something there he would like. Out of everything, the  baked goods and pastries turned out to be his favourite and he decided from that day on he wanted to learn how to make them.

Hardworking from the start, Mishka dedicated time to learning how to bake and cook under Ruby’s guidance and fell in love with it which prompted him to open a bakery in the stall so individuals wouldn’t go hungry like he did. Patient and compassionate with every customer, Mishka became popular very quickly and he will often give whatever he has left over to anyone who seems hungry or can’t afford to buy. He always likes it when butterflies flutter past his stall as they make him smile and feel like he has extra customers there..

As Mishka didn’t have anyone to turn to before Kiki Lane, he really loves to make friends and get to know them as much as he can. He is known to be very trustworthy as he often learns and remembers the small details about everyone. One of his favourite things is festivals and parties as they include food and friends. He is often the go-to for any special occasion pastries so he loves that part as well. One thing he doesn’t like however, is the rain as it stops him from selling from his cart and makes him wet. Unusually though, he seems fine with having a bath or going swimming!
